The cable connector box is made of PC, with a wall thickness of 2.0mm, ensuring durability and resistance to damage. The enlarged and thickened silicone plugs perfectly achieve an IP68 waterproof level and can be used in environments ranging from -40°C to 105°C, with CE certification.
The wiring installation steps are straightforward: first, pass the cable through the nut, wire clip, and silicone plug, then insert it into the main body of the junction box. Next, insert the wire into the corresponding color terminal (no tools required). Finally, tighten all cap nuts and screw the junction box cover.
The electrical connector waterproof box features three independent wiring channels (L, N, and E), with each channel allowing 1 input and 2 to 5 outputs, providing multiple input and output options. This is a patented design that enables quick wiring without tools.
The waterproof cable connector realizes the waterproof and tightening functions by locking between the silicone plug, the wire clip, and the nut. When the cable is dragged or pulled, the wire connector will not loosen and can withstand a maximum pulling force of 0.41kN, ensuring IP68 waterproof protection.
